Vista · before and after
Same company. Same facts. A website that tells the story.
Dynamic Property Management manages rentals and HOAs in Winchester and Northern Virginia. Here is its home page before and after Vista. Nothing new was made up: we took what the old site already said and put the proof first.

What changed
The numbers lead the story
Before: Units, owner retention and years in business sat in one line of small print under the buttons.
After: “DPM at a glance” puts 100+ units, 99.99% retention, since 2019 and the 24/7 line right next to the headline.
A menu built around who is visiting
Before: Seven text links, one per page.
After: Owner Login and Tenant Login menus, Pay rent and Apply now on top, and a Rental analysis button that stands out.
Kai answers visitors, day and night
Before: Questions waited for a phone call or the contact form.
After: Kai answers from the company's own pages and offers buttons for the next step: available rentals, pay rent, owner login.
Every page ends with a next step
Before: The home page stopped after the questions.
After: Pages close with “Ready to talk about your property?” and the forms send leads straight to the office inbox.
The basics, done for you
Before: Light or dark switch only.
After: A language menu, accessibility, privacy, terms and fair-housing pages, search-ready pages, and phone-first layouts.
The owner edits it
Before: Any change meant editing code.
After: The owner signs in at /admin and changes words, FAQs, photos, the team and the look, then publishes — and can undo from the last 10 versions. No developer needed.

The new story doesn't need a new style. DPM's original design is now Vista's Midnight look: deep navy, dark by default, one blue accent, small rounded buttons and cards with a blue top edge. Pick it, or Classic, Modern or Bold, on any template. You can switch later.
